Lightning struck tower (mark 2) Empty Lightning struck tower (mark 2)

The lightning struck tower is like a watchtower with 3 floors the only difference is that the top floor can only be used by wizards.
If occupied by a wizard during the magic phase, the wizard my forgo his magic phase to harness the power of the tower.
Wizards my cast one bound spell from the list below (the tier must be the same or lower than their magic level)

Tier1(bound spell lv5):
Lightning strike:The player may choose one enemy unit on the battlefield, the target unit suffers d6 s6 hits
Roaring thunder: The player may choose one enemy unit on the battlefield, the target unit must pass a Ld test at -1 or flee

Tier2(bound spell lv7):
Multi-Lightning strike:The player may choose Two enemy units on the battlefield, the targets unit suffers d6 s6 hits
Intense-Lightning strike:The player may choose one enemy unit on the battlefield, the target unit suffers 2d6 s6 hits

Tier3(bound spell lv10):
Thunderstorm: It causes the affects of Roaring Thunder on a roll of a 4+ for every enemy unit
(the affect is against the unit you rolled for)
Lightningstorm: It causes the affects of Lightning strike on a roll of a 4+ for every enemy unit
(the affect is against the unit you rolled for)


Tier4(bound spell lv14):
Storm: It causes the affects of both Roaring Thunder and Lightning strike on a 4+ for every unit on the board
(the affect is against the unit you rolled for)

Sounds good, we may have to tweak it a little though, to make it a tiny bit more fair...

The rules are fair in my opinion, a wizard is a chunk of the army and not being able to cast any spells is a huge downside.
Ps. the tier 4 spell has a drawback if u didn't notice

ahh i see... I suppose the negation of the wizards actual magic is quite a downside...

Obviously you would have to ok it with your opponent before you actually used the rules...

UPDATE:
Dwarf runesmith's/runelord's- These can invoke the powers of the tower to cast runes of great power
Can enter the 3rd floor like wizards
Unlike wizards the runesmith can invoke the power of the tower in a different way... (they do not have the ability to use the wizards options)

Runesmith:
May act like he is using an anvil of doom (only using normal runes)

Runelord:
May act like he is using an anvil of doom (using full capabilities and will always be unleashed on a 2+)


Still making rules to destroy it...
